Provide community based services for individuals with developmental disabilities and their families, in accordance with service plans and individual interests. The Self-directed Community Support Professional is a position in which the employee is supervised directly by the service recipient and their family, but is also responsible to the employing agency.

Starting wage range: $16-$17/hr

Services to be provided include, respite, teaching and modeling to support skill development. You'll serve as an active part of the individual's service team, providing input and advocacy where appropriate.

• High school diploma or GED
• Must meet Approved Driver Status
