Overview

Join our Information Technology Team!  This full time IT Support Specialist will be responsible for providing end-user support and maintenance for the computing environment.  The position involves managing our helpdesk, supporting, installing, diagnosing, reparing and maintaining hardware and software to ensure optimal workstation performance and documentation and updating the knowldege base.  This position serves on a team in information technology to provide improved overall workstation reliability and user functionality to staff and supervisors in accordance with Racker’s vision and mission.

Qualifications:

 

Education/Certification:  Associate’s Degree in computer science or related field with 4 years related experience preferred. Multiple years of desktop support and administration for PC/Mac preferred. 

Experience: Experience creating/managing desktop imaging and software packaging process. Experience managing Android/IOS devices in a central environment preferred. Ability to provide quality customer service.

Knowledge: Proven track record of excellent customer service and a history of solving root cause issues in a timely manner. Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and oral communication skills. Ability to collaborate across all departments to build relationships and interface with user community verbally and with written
