We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated HBCI Interventionist to be a part of this innovative program, working with children and their families. This position plays a crucial role in supporting youth with intellectual and developmental disabilities who are experiencing mental health crises. You will provide short-term crisis intervention, therapeutic support, and collaborate with families and community members to help stabilize and improve the social, emotional, and behavioral functioning of the participants. You will have the opportunity to develop individualized treatment plans, provide therapy, and ensure that families feel supported throughout their child's journey toward healing and stabilization. This position requires flexibility, creativity, and a strong commitment to enhancing the well-being of individuals with complex needs.
Position is 37.5 hours per week, hybrid is possible. Salary range is $50,000-$60,000 depending on education and experience.
This position is eligible for the OMH Student Loan Repayment Program, where you can have up to $30,000 of student debt paid for three years' commitment to this position.
