We are seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Director of Clinical Support Services to join our residential program for people with developmental disabilities. In this newly created position, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the clinical teams across Tompkins, Tioga, and Cortland Counties, ensuring the highest quality of care and support for the individuals we serve. As the Assistant Director, you will champion data-driven decision-making, implement forward-thinking clinical strategies, and drive best practices in a fast-paced, evolving environment. Your leadership will be instrumental in improving the overall effectiveness of the clinical team while achieving the best possible clinical outcomes for individuals in our care.

Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Management: Oversee a dedicated team of RNs and Behavior Specialists across multiple counties, providing guidance, support, and professional development to ensure consistent, high-quality care.
Innovative Practices: Promote and implement current and innovative best practices in clinical care for individuals with developmental disabilities, ensuring the use of cutting-edge approaches to enhance outcomes.
Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize data to assess program effectiveness, identify areas for improvement, and drive decision-making processes that ensure the best possible clinical results.
Clinical Oversight: Ensure that clinical assessments, treatment plans, and interventions are comprehensive, person-centered, and tailored to the unique needs of individuals in the residential program.
Quality Improvement: Collaborate with leadership to identify opportunities for continuous improvement, develop strategies to address challenges, and monitor progress towards clinical goals.
Compliance & Standards: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, organizational policies, and industry standards to maintain the integrity and effectiveness of clinical services
Location: Tompkins, Tioga, and Cortland Counties, NY
Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000, depending on experience
