Racker has a great opportunity for a Home Based Crisis Intervention Supervisor, in a brand new program! This role focuses on supporting children and youth (ages 5-21) with intellectual and developmental disabilities (I/DD) experiencing mental health crises and plays a pivotal role in shaping our crisis intervention program. This is a unique opportunity to help create and staff a program that will make a meaningful impact on the lives of young individuals and their families.
The HBCI program is designed to protect and support some of our area’s most marginalized, underserved, and vulnerable youth—children and adolescents who live with intellectual and developmental disabilities and are experiencing acute mental health crises. Our mission is to keep these youth safely in their homes and communities, avoiding unnecessary hospitalizations and residential placements by providing timely, intensive, and compassionate support.
If you are passionate about making a difference in the lives of individuals with disabilities and their families, we want to hear from you! Come work for us and get a $5,000 signing bonus!
