This role supports the work of the organization, working closely with the leadership teams, and supervised by the Associate Executive Director.

Rate of pay is $22-25/hour, depending on experience. 

Responsibilities

 

  • Lead or contribute to special projects and initiatives as assigned 
  • Track key deliverables and follow up on organizational projects  
  • Facilitate clear and consistent communication across departments and external stakeholders related to organizational initiatives 
  • Draft correspondence, meeting minutes, notes or other documents  
  • Conduct timely research and analysis of data to support decision making 
  • Coordinate logistics for meetings and events 
  • Coordinate follow up with leadership staff or board members 
  • Assist in the preparation of newsletters, communications, or other documents as assigned. 
  • Coordination, trending, and maintenance of organizational documents including contracts 
  • Facilitate organizational performance measurement processes by: 
    • Defining and distributing surveys, evaluating results, presenting trends 
    • Researching and evaluating program effectiveness 
    • Facilitating, measuring and presenting organizational goal achievement
  • Collaborate with program staff to implement and monitor organizational initiatives 
  • Engage with organizational stakeholders such as service recipients, their families and external partner agencies to further organizational initiatives
  • Facilitate engagement with families and service recipients, ensuring their voices and lived experiences inform organizational decision making
  • Support operations of organizational departments as assigned
  • Develop and facilitate training as assigned 

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree or higher preferred
  • Strong organizational skills, and excellent communication skills
  • Must be able to lift 30lbs
