Overview

We're looking for someone who sees data not as spreadsheets, but as stories waiting to be told.

This role sits at the intersection of donor relations, database management, and creative communication. You'll maintain the systems that power our fundraising efforts, translate giving patterns into actionable insights, and help our team understand what the numbers actually mean. If you're curious about what's possible when you combine the right data with the right questions—and you can explain your findings to people who aren't data people—we want to hear from you.

Make a tangible difference in fundraising for the vital services Racker provides for individuals with disabilities in our community by helping to share the impact of this work.

This is a full-time, in-person position.

Starting salary range: 45,000 - $50,000

Our competitive benefits include a continuum of health care options for families and individuals, funding and time for continuing education, retirement investment with employer match, paid vacation for school holidays and breaks, paid sick time, and a 20% discount on childcare services for children/grandchildren of full time staff.
