Seeking an innovative and experienced communications and development professional to work with the Director of Community Relations to expand the public’s awareness and support of Racker, its mission, and its programs. Responsible for coordinating fund-raising, community events, and outreach activities. Will create donor reports and develop action steps to increase community, foundation, and corporate giving. Strong interpersonal skills are essential in this role, which will be tasked with developing and maintaining relationships with outside partners and vendors, including advertising outlets, printers, etc.
Rate of pay is $50,000-$65,000 annually, depending on education and experience.

We are hiring for the position of Assistant Director of Residential Services, overseeing the operations of 14 homes located in Tioga and Tompkins Counties. Areas of skills and prior experience in daily operations of residential program for individuals with developmental disabilities, supervisory experience of senior staff, knowledge of OPWDD regulatory requirements for waiver/residential services, communications skills in all forms, well established time management skills, Leadership skills that embody a strength based approach with both service recipients and staff. Ability to build teams that are engaged in their job. Familiarity in Medical and Behavioral supports provided within an OPWDD residential program.
Focused areas for this position will be the oversight of Program practices/procedures/program manuals, ensuring the development and implementation of Plans of Corrective Action.
Salary range is $75,000-$85,000, depending on experience.

Join our dynamic interdisciplinary team of experienced clinicians in the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York. Our therapists have partnered with OCM BOCES for over 25 years providing intensive, milieu-based mental health services to children with social-emotional and behavioral challenges. Caseloads are generally 8-10 students, and weekly individual and group clinical supervision are provided.
Licensing criteria: LCSW/LMSW, LMSW eligible along with LMHC, LMFT and LCAT.
Salary is $48,000-$59,000 depending on experience.
